I noticed today that a young person I know lost 15 pounds in less than a year. Guess how she lost the weight? She didn’t drastically change her diet or exercise like a maniac. What she did was eat a little healthier and reduce the amount she ate. She also has gym this year at school where they are lifting weights twice a week.
So, this is what it takes to lose weight—you have to watch what you eat and exercise more. Just like we’ve always been told.
