I forgot to post to this blog yesterday which gives me the perfect opportunity to write about what someone told me once, that a bad day doesn’t have to turn into a bad week, a bad week doesn’t mean a bad month, etc. Here I go posting again so that one missed day doesn’t turn into a missed week, a missed month or a year. Thinking this way can apply to how you eat after Thanksgiving also. What I mean is that if you ate too much or in an unhealthy way over Thanksgiving, remember to not let that turn into a week of eating poorly or a month or a year.
